Grecotel Casa Adele, Platanes (Rethymno)

I had a relaxing week at the hotel, enjoying the spacious duplex that was clean and accurately represented in photos. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the three pools provided a nice oasis, though the main pool was quite busy. The location was great for exploring Chania and nearby areas, but it was frustrating that many outdoor areas were affected by smoke. Overall, it was a good experience with comfortable accommodations, although the noise and smoke issue detracted a bit from the enjoyment.

My stay at the resort was quite enjoyable overall! The large, comfortable apartment was perfect for our needs, especially with the nice kitchen area. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options and the pool areas provided a great way to unwind. However, it was frustrating to have to relocate to a different hotel upon arrival without any prior notice. Also, parking was a challenge since there wasn't any designated area for the resort.

I just wrapped up an amazing two-week getaway at this resort and it truly exceeded my expectations! The serene setting made for a peaceful retreat while the service from the staff was outstanding-they were accommodating and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the restaurant, where I found a fantastic variety of delicious local dishes every evening. On the flip side, while the pool area was wonderful, it could use a few more sunbeds to accommodate the demand. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a wonderful stay.
